What participation involves

1. Tell us the decision, its deadline and what you already know. Three short questions by email are enough to start.
2. If the task fits, we agree a brief, permitted sources, boundaries and what would make the result useful before any research begins.
3. We prepare a short evidence-backed assessment that distinguishes facts, inferences, hypotheses and unknowns. You tell us whether it helped your decision.
